We are seeking bright, aggressive, and independent individuals for both junior and senior level positions whose personalities and values are entrepreneurial.  As part of the BWI Team, you will be responsible for interviewing senior executives on their capital markets transactions and the intermediaries they chose to represent them. You will be called upon to identify TopGun performers, develop strategic advisory relationships, propose our services, and play host to the best of the best at our firm’s TopGun events.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree and 3-4 years related work/sales experience
• Highly motivated, self-directed & driven, capable of working within tight deadlines
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy & completeness of information
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership & salesmanship capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
• Fluency in any 2nd language is an asset but not mandatory
• Knowledge of the capital markets is an asset but not mandatory
